Abstract
一种电动牙刷头,包括刷杆(100)、摆杆(200)、以及具有刷毛(311)的植毛块(300);植毛块(300)可动的限位安装在刷杆(100)的容置腔体(110);摆杆(200)安装在刷杆(100)的安装腔(120)内且与植毛块(300)联动相连;容置腔体(110)的底部设置有旋转轴(130),植毛块(300)的底部设置有旋转孔(322);植毛块(300)的两侧壁上均设置有导向凸起(321),容置腔体(110)的预定位置设置有供导向凸起(321)卡装的安装槽口(111)、以及与安装槽口(111)一一对应连通以引导植毛块(300)上下左右运动的导向槽(112)。通过导向凸起(321)与导向槽(112)的配合实现植毛块(300)的上下运动和左右运动,大大提高刷牙的清洁效果;同时限定安装槽口(111)在容置腔体(110)上的位置并通过传动轴(220)与摆动槽口(323)配合限定摆动角度以确保导向凸起(321)实现在导向槽(112)内运动,如此简化了植毛块(300)的组装,保证了植毛块(300)运动的可靠性。
Description
本发明涉及牙刷技术领域,特别涉及一种电动牙刷头。
电动牙刷是Philippe-Guy Woog发明的一种牙刷,通过电动机芯的快速旋转或振动,使刷头产生高频振动,瞬间将牙膏分解成细微泡沫,深入清洁牙缝,与此同时,刷毛的颤动能促进口腔的血液循环,对牙龈组织有按摩效果。
现有的电动牙刷一般包括配合使用的电动牙刷柄和电动牙刷头,电动牙刷头如图1所示包括刷杆100、摆杆200、以及具有刷毛310的植毛块300,刷杆100的前端部设置有容置腔体110且该容置腔体内设置有中心轴140,植毛块300对应安装在容置腔体110内且植毛块300上对应设置有与中心轴140相配合以实现左右摆动的配合孔330,同时植毛块300与容置腔体110之间设置有用于限制植毛块脱离的铆钉500;刷杆100还具有由后端部向前延伸并与容置腔体110相连通的安装腔120,摆杆200安装在安装腔120并通过传动轴220与植毛块300联动相连,如此摆杆200能够在电动牙刷柄内的驱动装置驱动下运动以带动植毛块300沿着中心轴左右摆动;然而现有的电动牙刷头的植毛块300由于铆钉500的限制只能够左右摆动,同时植毛块通过铆钉与中心轴配合限制转动的稳定性较差,清洁效果较差,一般只能对牙齿表面进行清洁,难以对牙缝内的异物进行清除;再者时,现有的电动牙刷头的铆钉是直接裸露在最外面的且没有遮挡件的,一旦铆钉松动就会掉落在使用者的口腔内,甚至导致使用者把铆钉吞落到肚内造成危险,具有改进的空间。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服上述现有技术中缺陷,提供一种电动牙刷头,其结构简单、合理,通过导向凸起与导向槽的配合,使得植毛块在左右摆动的同时能够上下运动,如此在刷牙过程中植毛块的左右摆动能够实现上下刷牙,同时植毛块的上下运动能够对牙齿表面施加一个垂直缓和的冲击力,使得刷毛更好的伸入牙缝中并沿着牙缝进出以将牙缝中的残留物沿牙缝顶出,如此提高了牙刷头的清洁效果;同时,植毛块通过安装槽口能够方便的装入刷杆的容置腔体内并将导向凸起卡入对应的导向槽内;再者,通过限定安装槽口在容置腔体上的位置并通过传动轴与摆动槽口配合限定摆动角度以确保导向凸起实现在导向槽内运动,保证了植毛块运动的可靠性和稳定性。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种电动牙刷头,其用于与电动牙刷柄配合使用,包括刷杆、摆杆、以及具有刷毛的植毛块;其中,所述刷杆具有第一中轴线,所述刷杆对应其前端部的上表面设置有容置腔体,所述刷杆沿着第一中轴线设置有由后端部向前延伸并与容置腔体相导通的安装腔;所述植毛块可动的限位安装在刷杆的容置腔体,所述植毛块具有第二中轴线并通过将第二中轴线与第一中轴线平行或者共线以实现对心;所述摆杆安装在刷杆的安装腔内且与植毛块联动配合相连;
所述刷杆对应容置腔体的底部中部设置有竖直延伸的旋转轴,所述植毛块的底部对应设置有与旋转轴相配合以实现绕轴转动的旋转孔;
所述植毛块对应第二中轴线两侧的侧壁上均设置有至少一个导向凸起,所述容置腔体的开口处设置有与植毛块相对于第一中轴线至少偏转第一角度后的导向凸起一一对应的安装槽口,所述容置腔体的内壁上还设置有与安装槽口一一对应连通且供导向凸起嵌置滑移以引导植毛块上下左右运动的导向槽,所述容置腔体上对应第一中轴线两侧的导向槽呈反向延伸布置;所述植毛块的后端部开设有摆动槽口,所述摆杆的前端部设置有伸入摆动槽口内的传动轴,所述传动轴通过接触摆动槽口的相对两侧内壁以驱动植毛块产生左右摆动且所述摆杆驱动植毛块摆动的单侧最大偏转角度小于第一角度。
进一步设置为:所述植毛块沿着导向槽上下运动的幅度为0.1mm-2mm。
进一步设置为:所述安装腔的底壁上设置有限位挡筋,所述限位挡筋的顶部与安装腔的顶壁之间呈间距布置以形成有贯通通道;
所述摆杆的前端部与限位挡筋相抵且对应相抵触处设置有定位转轴,所述限位挡筋上对应设置有与定位转轴相配合以实现摆杆绕轴左右摆动的定位孔;
所述摆杆上的传动轴对应贯通通道布置并穿过所述贯通通道与植毛块联动相连。
进一步设置为:所述摆杆对应其前端部的两侧对称设置有弹性复位件,两侧的所述弹性复位件使得摆杆始终具有向中心转动实现对中心的运动趋势。
进一步设置为:摆杆两侧的所述弹性复位件为一体式平衡弹簧的一部分,所述平衡弹簧包括位于两侧的弹簧部、以及连接两侧弹簧部的连接部。
进一步设置为:所述摆杆对应其前端部的两侧分别设置有供弹簧部嵌置的凹口、以及由摆杆的前端面向后延伸导通两侧凹口以用于嵌装连接部的嵌口。
进一步设置为:所述摆杆的前端面上设置有防转插口,所述传动轴的尾部具有台阶;当所述传动轴固定插装在摆杆的防转插口内时,所述台阶被构造抵压在平衡弹簧的连接部上。
进一步设置为:所述摆杆对应设置有与防转插口的后端相连通的排气孔,所述排气孔的延伸轴线与防转插口的延伸轴线平行或者垂直。
进一步设置为:两侧的所述凹口内均设置有与弹簧部的内孔相配合的定位柱。
进一步设置为:两侧的所述弹性复位件均固定连接有平衡件,所述安装腔的相对两侧壁上对应设置有供平衡件嵌置的导向固定槽。
进一步设置为:所述导向固定槽对应其前端槽壁上设置有平衡件挡筋,所述平衡件挡筋与导向固定槽的前端部配合形成用于限位容置平衡件的限位容置区,所述平衡件挡筋的前壁面与平衡件的外表面相切且其后壁面为用于引导平衡件滑入的斜面或者弧面结构。
进一步设置为:所述传动轴的前端部设置有呈折弯布置且置于摆动槽口内的折弯部,通过所述折弯部左右接触摆动槽口的相对应两侧内壁以驱动植毛块产生左右摆动。
进一步设置为:还包括固定套,所述固定套固定安装在安装腔的后端部内以将摆杆限位锁定在安装腔内。
进一步设置为:所述导向凸起的截面形状为圆形或者椭圆形或者三角形或者梯形。

与现有技术相比,本发明结构简单、合理,具备以下优点:
1、通过导向凸起与导向槽的配合,使得植毛块在水平方向上左右摆动的同时还能够在竖直方向上上下运动,如此在刷牙过程中植毛块的左右摆动能够实现上下刷牙,同时植毛块的上下运动能够对牙齿表面施加一个垂直缓和的冲击力,使得刷毛更好的伸入牙缝中并沿着牙缝进出以将牙缝中的残留物沿牙缝顶出,如此提高了牙刷头的清洁效果;
2、植毛块通过安装槽口能够方便的装入刷杆的容置腔体内并将导向凸起卡入对应的导向槽内;
3、通过限定安装槽口在容置腔体上的位置并通过传动轴与摆动槽口配合限定摆动角度以确保导向凸起实现在导向槽内运动,保证了植毛块运动的可靠性和稳定性;
4、通过对称布置在摆杆两侧的弹性复位件不但能够起到缓冲效果以减小声噪,而且能够使得摆杆具备了自动对中心功能,能够确保植毛块和刷杆的延伸轴线始终处于同一直线上或者同一平行线上,保证电动牙刷头的整体美观性和一致性。

下面结合附图,对本发明的一个具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
本发明一种电动牙刷头如图4至图8所示,其用于与电动牙刷柄配合使用,电动牙刷柄为电动牙刷头提供工作所需的动力;电动牙刷头包括刷杆100、摆杆200、固定套400、以及具有刷毛311的植毛块300,植毛块300对应安装在刷杆100的前端部上,摆杆200安装在
刷杆100内且摆杆200的前端部与植毛块300联动相连,固定套400固定安装在刷杆100内以将摆杆200锁定限位在刷杆100内以避免其脱离;如此电动牙刷头与电动牙刷柄配合使用时,摆杆200能够在电动牙刷柄内的驱动装置的驱动下运动以带动植毛块300左右摆动以达到上下自动刷牙效果。
在本实施例中,具体如图8所示,植毛块300包括具有刷毛311的面托310、以及固定连接在面托310的下表面上的旋转基座320;植毛块300具有第二中轴线B,旋转基座320对应第二中轴线B的相对两侧壁上设置有相对布置的导向凸起321,两侧的导向凸起321可以与旋转基座320一体相连的一部分,也可以为后装在旋转基座320上的单独部件,同时导向凸起321的截面形状可以为圆形、椭圆形、三角形或者梯形等等;旋转基座320对应其底部中部设置有具有一定深度的旋转孔322,旋转基座320对应其后端面开设有与摆杆200配合实现联动的摆动槽口323。
在本实施例中,具体如图4和图8所示,摆杆200对应其前端部设置有向前延伸的传动轴220,该传动轴220的前端部设置有呈折弯布置的折弯部221,该折弯部221伸入旋转基座320的摆动槽口323内,摆杆200在电动牙刷柄的驱动装置作用下摆动以带动传动轴220的折弯部221作用于摆动槽口323的相对两侧内壁以使得植毛块300左右摆动,通过控制传动轴220的折弯部221折弯程度可以控制植毛块300的摆动幅度;本专利的传动轴220(折弯部221)的具体结构如图8、图12和图13所示,可以为7字形结构、Y型结构或T形结构,以及其它一切可带动植毛块左右摆动的形状。
在本实施例中,具体如图4、图5、图7、图8、图10和图11所示,刷杆100具有沿其杆体布置的第一中轴线A,刷杆100对应其前端部设置有供植毛块300的旋转基座320容置的容置腔体110,该容置腔的底部对应设置有竖直延伸以用于对应插入旋转基座320的旋转孔322内的旋转轴130,通过旋转轴130与旋转孔322配合能够实现植毛块300定点转动;同时,容置腔体110对应其开口预定位置设置有与导向凸起321一一对应的安装槽口111,该安装槽口111用于引导旋转基座320及其上的导向凸起321由上往下装入容置腔体110内,同时容置腔体110的内壁上还设置有与安装槽口111一一对应连通且用于与导向凸起321相配合以引导植毛块300左右上下运动的导向槽112,该导向槽112优选为螺旋型或者斜坡型或者圆弧型结构且引导植毛块300上下运动的幅度优选为0.1mm-2mm,该导向槽112的槽口优选与安装槽口111的底部相连通以便于导向凸起321的旋入,位于第一中轴线A两侧的导向槽112呈相反方向延伸,即一侧的导向槽112由起始位置向前向上延伸,另一侧则由初始
位置向后向下延伸,反之亦然;同时,刷杆100沿着第一中轴线A设置有由后端部向前延伸以用于安装摆杆200的安装腔120,该安装腔120的前端底壁上设置有凸起的限位挡筋140,该限位挡筋140的顶部与安装腔120的顶壁之间呈间距布置以形成连通安装腔120与容置腔体110的贯通通道142。
安装时,将植毛块300的导向凸起321对应容置腔体110的安装槽口111,此时植毛块300的第二中轴线B与刷杆100的第一中轴线A呈第一角度C布置且旋转孔322与旋转轴130正对(如图10所示),如此能够方便的将植毛块300的旋转基座320装入容置腔体110;然后旋转植毛块300使得导向凸起321进入导向槽112并旋至初始位置,即植毛块300的第二中轴线B与刷杆100的第一中轴线A共线或者平行(如图11),此时植毛块300的摆动槽口323朝后布置;摆杆200由刷杆100的后端部装入安装腔120直至其前端部与限位挡筋140相抵,摆杆200的传动轴220穿过贯通通道伸入植毛块300的摆动槽口323,如此能够对植毛块300起到定位及限位约束的效果;如此通过控制摆杆200驱动植毛块300的最大单侧摆动角度小于植毛块300安装时的第一角度C,能够确保导向凸起321实现在导向槽112内运动,如此保证了植毛块300的工作稳定性。
在上述方案中,具体如图4所示,摆杆200安装在刷杆100的安装腔120内且其前端部与限位挡筋140相抵,摆杆200的前端部对应限位挡筋140处设置有定位转轴210,限位挡筋140上对应设置有供定位转轴210穿设的定位孔141,如此摆杆200能够在驱动装置的驱动下沿定位转轴210转动,如此保证了摆杆200运动的稳定性和可靠性;进一步,固定套400通过凹凸强扣连接的方式固定安装在安装腔120的后端部内并与限位挡筋140配合将摆杆200限位锁定在安装腔120内。
在本实施例中,如图6、图8和图9所示,摆杆200对应其前端部的两侧还对称设置有弹性复位件,对称布置的弹性复位件不但能够起到缓冲效果以降低摆杆200工作过程中的声噪,而且能够使得摆杆200具备自动对中心功能以使得驱动装置停止工作时摆杆200自动向中心转动,如此保植毛块300和刷杆100的延伸轴线始终处于同一直线上或者同一平行线上(如图3),保证电动牙刷头的整体美观性和一致性;通过弹性复位件使得摆杆200具备自动对中心功能,如此有效解决了现有电动牙刷头的摆杆200停止位置不可控的问题,即摆杆200会停留在任意可到达的位置以使得植毛块300与刷杆100经常处于非对心状态(如图2),即植毛块300的第二中轴线B与刷杆100的第一中轴线A之间存在夹角且该夹角的度数小于第一角度C,非对心状态会严重破坏了电动牙刷头的整体美观性和一致性,会严重影
响购买者的购买欲望。
在上述方案中,如图6、图8和图9所示,对称布置的弹性复位件为一体式平衡弹簧600的一部分,平衡弹簧600包括位于两侧的弹簧部610、以及一体连接两侧弹簧部610的连接部620,弹簧部610即上述的弹性复位件;在其他一些具体实施方案中,两侧的弹性复位件也可以为独立使用的弹簧或者其它弹性件,如弹片、弹性体等;在本实施例中,平衡弹簧600在摆杆200上的具体安装结构为:摆杆200对应其前端部的两侧分别设置有供弹簧部610整体嵌置的凹口230、以及由摆杆200的前端面向后延伸导通两侧凹口230以用于嵌装连接部620的嵌口240,两侧的凹口230内还设置有与弹簧部610的内孔相配合的定位柱250;进一步优选的,摆杆200的前端面设置有供传动轴220固定插装的防转插口260,传动轴220的尾部具有台阶222结构,当传动轴220固定插装在摆杆200的防转插口260内时,台阶222结构被构造抵压在平衡弹簧600的连接部620上,如此提高了平衡弹簧600在摆杆200上的安装可靠性,避免其脱离。
在上述方案中,为便于传动轴220的插装,如图14和图15所示,摆杆200对应防转插口260的后端设置有相连通的排气孔270,该排气孔270的延伸轴线与防转插口260的延伸轴线平行或者垂直。
在本实施例中,如图6、图7和图9所示,平衡弹簧600对应其两侧的弹簧部610均钩连有平衡件630,安装腔的两侧壁上对应设置有供平衡件630嵌置的导向固定槽,通过平衡件630与导向固定槽的配合起到定位、导向的作用以便于摆杆200的整体安装;导向固定槽对应其前端槽壁上设置有平衡件630挡筋,该平衡件630挡筋与导向固定槽的前端部配合形成供平衡件630限位容置的限位容置区,该平衡件630挡筋的前壁面与平衡件630的外表面相适配(相切)且其后壁面为用于引导平衡件630滑入的斜面或者弧面结构,如此安装到位后,平衡件630被限位约束在限位容置区内,限制了平衡件630的运动,有效降低了声噪。
在其他一些具体实施方案中,植毛块300上还可以设置两个或者两个以上的导向凸起321,即植毛块300对应第二中轴线B两侧的侧壁上均设置有至少一个导向凸起321。
在其他一些具体实施方案中,也可以通过在植毛块300上设置导向槽112,容置腔体110的内壁上对应设置导向凸起321,以实现两者配合实现上下左右运动。
在其他一些具体实施方案中,如图16如所示,植毛块上的刷毛也可以选择、替换为用于按摩牙龈的软胶刺激头。
与现有技术相比,本发明结构简单、合理,具备以下优点:
1、通过导向凸起与导向槽的配合,使得植毛块在水平方向上左右摆动的同时还能够在竖直方向上上下运动,如此在刷牙过程中植毛块的左右摆动能够实现上下刷牙,同时植毛块的上下运动能够对牙齿表面施加一个垂直缓和的冲击力,使得刷毛更好的伸入牙缝中并沿着牙缝进出以将牙缝中的残留物沿牙缝顶出,如此提高了牙刷头的清洁效果;
2、植毛块通过安装槽口能够方便的装入刷杆的容置腔体内并将导向凸起卡入对应的导向槽内;
3、通过限定安装槽口在容置腔体上的位置并通过传动轴与摆动槽口配合限定摆动角度以确保导向凸起实现在导向槽内运动,保证了植毛块运动的可靠性和稳定性;
4、通过对称布置在摆杆两侧的弹性复位件不但能够起到缓冲效果以减小声噪,而且能够使得摆杆具备了自动对中心功能,能够确保植毛块和刷杆的延伸轴线始终处于同一直线上或者同一平行线上,保证电动牙刷头的整体美观性和一致性。
以上公开的仅为本发明的实施例,但是,本发明并非局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (16)
- 一种电动牙刷头,其用于与电动牙刷柄配合使用,包括刷杆、摆杆、以及具有刷毛的植毛块;其中,所述刷杆具有第一中轴线,所述刷杆对应其前端部的上表面设置有容置腔体,所述刷杆沿着第一中轴线设置有由后端部向前延伸并与容置腔体相导通的安装腔;所述植毛块可动的限位安装在刷杆的容置腔体,所述植毛块具有第二中轴线并通过将第二中轴线与第一中轴线平行或者共线以实现对心;所述摆杆安装在刷杆的安装腔内且与植毛块联动配合相连;其特征在于,所述刷杆对应容置腔体的底部中部设置有竖直延伸的旋转轴,所述植毛块的底部对应设置有与旋转轴相配合以实现绕轴转动的旋转孔;所述植毛块对应第二中轴线两侧的侧壁上均设置有至少一个导向凸起,所述容置腔体的开口处设置有与植毛块相对于第一中轴线至少偏转第一角度后的导向凸起一一对应的安装槽口,所述容置腔体的内壁上还设置有与安装槽口一一对应连通且供导向凸起嵌置滑移以引导植毛块上下左右运动的导向槽,所述容置腔体上对应第一中轴线两侧的导向槽呈反向延伸布置;所述植毛块的后端部开设有摆动槽口,所述摆杆的前端部设置有伸入摆动槽口内的传动轴,所述传动轴通过接触摆动槽口的相对两侧内壁以驱动植毛块产生左右摆动且所述摆杆驱动植毛块摆动的单侧最大偏转角度小于第一角度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动牙刷头,其特征在于,所述植毛块沿着导向槽上下运动的幅度为0.1mm-2mm。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动牙刷头,其特征在于,所述安装腔的底壁上设置有限位挡筋,所述限位挡筋的顶部与安装腔的顶壁之间呈间距布置以形成有贯通通道;所述摆杆的前端部与限位挡筋相抵且对应相抵触处设置有定位转轴,所述限位挡筋上对应设置有与定位转轴相配合以实现摆杆绕轴左右摆动的定位孔;所述摆杆上的传动轴对应贯通通道布置并穿过所述贯通通道与植毛块联动相连。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种电动牙刷头,其特征在于,所述摆杆对应其前端部的两侧对称设置有弹性复位件,两侧的所述弹性复位件使得摆杆始终具有向中心转动实现对中心的运动趋势。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种电动牙刷头,其特征在于,摆杆两侧的所述弹性复位件为一体式平衡弹簧的一部分,所述平衡弹簧包括位于两侧的弹簧部、以及连接两侧弹簧部的连接部。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种电动牙刷头,其特征在于,所述摆杆对应其前端部的两侧分 别设置有供弹簧部嵌置的凹口、以及由摆杆的前端面向后延伸导通两侧凹口以用于嵌装连接部的嵌口。
- 根据权利要求5或6所述的一种电动牙刷头,其特征在于,所述摆杆的前端面上设置有防转插口,所述传动轴的尾部具有台阶;当所述传动轴固定插装在摆杆的防转插口内时,所述台阶被构造抵压在平衡弹簧的连接部上。
- 根据权利要求7所述的一种电动牙刷头,其特征在于,所述摆杆对应设置有与防转插口的后端相连通的排气孔,所述排气孔的延伸轴线与防转插口的延伸轴线平行或者垂直。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种电动牙刷头,其特征在于,两侧的所述凹口内均设置有与弹簧部的内孔相配合的定位柱。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种电动牙刷头,其特征在于,两侧的所述弹性复位件均固定连接有平衡件,所述安装腔的相对两侧壁上对应设置有供平衡件嵌置的导向固定槽。
- 根据权利要求10所述的一种电动牙刷头,其特征在于,所述导向固定槽对应其前端槽壁上设置有平衡件挡筋,所述平衡件挡筋与导向固定槽的前端部配合形成用于限位容置平衡件的限位容置区,所述平衡件挡筋的前壁面与平衡件的外表面相切且其后壁面为用于引导平衡件滑入的斜面或者弧面结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动牙刷头,其特征在于,所述传动轴的前端部设置有呈折弯布置且置于摆动槽口内的折弯部,通过所述折弯部左右接触摆动槽口的相对应两侧内壁以驱动植毛块产生左右摆动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动牙刷头,其特征在于,还包括固定套,所述固定套固定安装在安装腔的后端部内以将摆杆限位锁定在安装腔内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动牙刷头,其特征在于,所述导向凸起的截面形状为圆形或者椭圆形或者三角形或者梯形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动牙刷头,其特征在于,所述导向槽为螺旋型或者斜坡型或者圆弧型。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种电动牙刷头,其特征在于,所述导向凸起与植毛块一体相连,或者导向凸起为安装在植毛块上的单独部件。
