Description
本实用新型涉及杯具领域,特别涉及一种杯盖和杯子。
杯子是日常生活中的必需品,为了避免杯子所装的液体洒出或杯内液体长期暴露于空气中等问题,杯子会根据使用需要配套杯盖。
目前,杯盖与杯子主要采用螺纹连接或卡接。其中,卡接的方式根据杯子材料的不同会表现出不同的密封和连接效果。比如奶茶店或果汁店等使用的质地较软的塑料杯,其杯身与杯盖卡接后十分容易松脱,装液后只能平放。另一种质地较硬的塑料杯,其虽然水密性后,杯盖和杯身不易分离,但是在打开时较困难,一旦用力过度,还会导致液体洒出。
保温杯(保温壶)的杯盖与杯身基本采用螺纹连接。其中一部分保温杯的杯盖中部还设置有按压开关,以方便开闭,但是其存在结构相对复杂、配件多、装配工艺多、重量大以及成本较高等弊端,因此,该类保温杯的价格较高。因此,目前尚未有一种重量轻、水密性好、成本较低且便于开闭的杯盖。
可见,现有技术还有待改进和提高。
实用新型内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足之处,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种杯盖和杯子,旨在解决现有技术中杯盖的水密性好、无需组装以及容易开闭等优点难以兼备的技术问题。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采取了以下技术方案:
一种杯盖,包括固定环,其中,还包括密封盖和弹性连接结构;所述固定环、弹性连接结构以及密封盖从外到内依次连接;所述弹性连接结构上设置有至少一个出水孔;所述固定环的中部设置有过水口;所述弹性连接结构用于改变密封盖的位置,使密封盖封闭或打开过水口。
所述的杯盖,其中,所述固定环的内侧壁设有第一环形密封条,第一环形密封条所围成的区域形成过水口;密封盖封闭过水口时,第一环形密封条与密封盖抵接。
所述的杯盖,其中,所述密封盖的中部向下凹陷;所述第一环形密封条的内侧朝上凸

有益效果:本实用新型提供了一种杯盖,所述杯盖设置有弹性连接结构,所述弹性连接结构连接固定环和密封盖,使得所述密封盖可以通过按压和拔起动作分别封闭和连通杯盖上的过水口,从而实现水杯的封闭和打开。所述杯盖的结构简洁,可以采用一体成型的工艺制备,无需组装,操作方便且水密性好。
本实用新型还提供了一种杯子,包括杯身以及如上所述的杯盖,杯子的结构简洁,重量轻,成本低且封闭性好。

请参阅图2、5,一种实施方式中,当所述杯盖A1处于打开状态时,弹性连接结构2从固定环1至密封盖3倾斜向上设置,密封盖3和弹性连接结构2形成向上凸起的稳定结构,此时所述弹性连接结构2处于上翻状态,使所述密封盖3位于所述过水口11的上方。请参阅图3、6,当所述杯盖A1处于封闭状态时,所述弹性连接结构2从固定环1至密封盖3倾斜向下设置,密封盖3和弹性连接结构2形成向下凹陷的稳定结构,所述密封盖3与所述固定环1抵接,封闭所述过水口11,此时弹性连接结构2处于下翻状态。所述固定环1、弹性连接结构2以及密封盖3依次固定连接。
请参阅图10、11,一种实施方式中,所述弹性连接结构2可以为弹性连接环21,所述弹性连接环21上翻或下翻后,呈圆锥台周壁的形状。
请参阅图12,在一种实施方式中,所述弹性连接结构2包括多条从外到内倾斜设置的连接片22,相邻的连接片22之间形成所述出水孔4。具体的,所述连接片22的长度大于所述密封盖3和固定环1之间的水平距离,使得连接片22在倾斜设置时才能伸直,并处于稳定的形态。
所述杯盖A1的整体可以采用硅胶等弹性塑胶材料制作。优选的,所述杯盖A1可以采用注塑等一体成型工艺制得,无需组装,生产效率高。
所述固定环1上部的内径大于密封盖3的直径,所述固定环1下部的内径小于密封盖3的下部直径。所述固定环1围成一个上部直径大、中部直径小的容置腔,所述容置腔连通杯身A2内部和所述出水孔4。容置腔的上部直径大于密封盖3下部的直径;容置腔的下部直径小于所述密封盖3下部的直径,当密封盖3下压后,密封盖3的下部与容置腔的下部腔壁抵接。
图2、5为杯盖A1处于打开状态的示意图,此时弹性连接结构2的周壁从外到内倾斜向上设置,且密封盖3不与所述固定环1的内侧壁相接,此时密封盖3与固定环1之间形
成出水通道15,出水通道15的下端与杯身A2的内部连接,出水通道15的上端连通所述出水孔4。
图3、6为杯盖A1处于封闭状态的示意图。由于弹性连接结构2具有可变性,按压密封盖3后,弹性连接结构2会随密封盖3向下移动而发生形变,当完全往下翻时,达到稳定状态,当外力撤去后依旧保持图3、6所示的形态。在密封盖3下压后,密封盖3的下部周壁会与固定环1的内侧周壁抵接,此时出水通道15与杯身A2内部的连接被切断,出水通道15的形状也因弹性连接环21和密封盖3位置以及形状的变化而变得狭窄。
请参阅图2、图3,一种实施方式中,所述固定环1的内侧壁设有第一环形密封条12,第一环形密封条12所围成的区域形成过水口11;密封盖3封闭过水口11时,第一环形密封条12与密封盖3抵接。需要封闭时,将所述密封盖3按下,使得弹性连接结构2向下翻,此时,第一环形密封条12的上表面与密封盖3的下表面抵接,以封闭过水口11。由于第一环形密封条12具有弹性,在封闭时,第一环形密封条12会发生轻微地弹性形变,以进一步使得第一环形密封条12压紧在密封盖3上。
进一步地,所述密封盖3的中部向下凹陷,在打开状态下,密封盖3与弹性连接结构2的连接处为向上凸起结构,密封盖3位于第一环形密封条12的上方,出水通道15位于密封盖3与第一环形密封条12之间,此时,水依次流经过水口11、出水通道15,最后从出水孔4流出;在密封状态下,弹性连接结构2向下翻,密封盖3向下移动,使得第一环形密封条12与密封盖3抵接,出水通道15关闭,同时,密封盖3封闭过水口11;所述第一环形密封条12的内侧朝上凸起,能够提高其结构强度,以增强第一环形密封条12与密封盖3的抵接作用,提高水密性。
请参阅图5、6,在一种实施方式中,所述密封盖3的底部设置有第二环形密封条31;所述固定环1的内侧壁下部设置有环形凸起13;所述环形凸起13的中部形成所述过水口11;所述第二环形密封条31与所述过水口11过盈配合。所述过水口11的直径小于所述第二环形密封条31的外径,需要封闭时,将所述密封盖3按下,直至所述第二环形密封条31穿过所述环形凸起13,此时所述环形凸起13下方的固定环1的内侧壁抵接,且第二环形密封条31的顶面压在所述环形凸起13的底面上。环形凸起13的设置可以增加固定环1内壁与第二环形密封条31的接触面积,使第二环形密封条31的封闭作用更好。
进一步地,所述密封盖3的中部向下凹陷;所述第二环形密封条31的顶部与所述密封盖3的边缘固定连接。所述密封盖3的中部截面呈弓形,可以有效地提高向外的反弹力。当密封盖3的下部、第二环形密封条31与所述固定环1的下部过盈配合时,弓形设置可以让密封盖3的下部、第二环形密封条31更强地压在固定环1的内周壁上,提高水密性。
更进一步地,参阅图9,所述固定环1的中部形成喇叭状的过水通道16。喇叭状的过水通道16具有一个中部凸起的通道壁,所述第二环形密封条31穿过其中部后,与凸起的通道壁卡接。喇叭状的设置还可以让过水通道16的通道壁从上往下或从下往上都有较为平缓的过渡,第二环形密封条31通过时会更为流畅,且能保证水密性。
请参阅图5、图6,具体地,所述第二环形密封条31的周壁底部朝外凸起,使第二环形密封条31的周壁上形成一个朝内凹陷的弧形槽。所述弧形槽与环形凸起13适配,可以增加第二环形密封条31与环形凸起13的接触面积,提高密封效果。所述第二环形密封条31的底部朝外凸起后,从截面上看,如同一个倒钩,可以增加第二环形密封条31对固定环1内壁的附着力,使得封闭后,倒置水杯时,密封盖3也不会漏水。
请参阅图2、图7-9,一种实施方式中,所述弹性连接结构2的外侧壁与所述固定环1的内侧壁中部固定连接;所述弹性连接结构2的内侧壁与所述密封盖3的上部固定连接。本实施方式中,所述固定环1的内周壁上部可以作为导水板,当饮用水时,水从出水孔4流出,经固定环1的内周壁上部进入人的口腔。
请参阅图10-12,一种实施方式中,所述弹性连接结构2上周向设置有多个所述出水孔4,其中所述出水孔4可为圆形孔、条形孔、或椭圆孔结构等。通过在弹性连接结构2的不同方向上设置出水孔4,可以让杯子在不同角度都可以实现出水,方便使用。
请参阅图3、6,一种实施方式中,所述密封盖3的上部设置有盖柄5,所述盖柄5便于将处于封闭状态的密封盖3拔起,以切换至打开状态。除了设置盖柄5,也可以在密封盖3的顶面设置凹槽、卡孔,或在密封盖3的上部设置拉钩等便于拔起密封盖3的结构。
若不在密封盖3上设置具有与盖柄5相似功能的结构,密封盖3的开启也可以通过搭配具有良好弹性的杯身A2(如采用硅胶等弹性塑胶材质)来完成。当杯盖A1处于封闭状态时,可以通过手部挤压杯身A2,使封闭的内部压力升高,迫使密封盖3向上运动。
请参阅图3、6,进一步地,所述盖柄5呈柱状,所述盖柄5的内部设置有空腔51。
当手部抓住盖柄5时,空腔51作为一个形变空间,盖柄5扭曲后可以增大盖柄5表面与手部的接触面积,增加摩擦力。可选地,所述空腔51的底部与下方连通,便于一体加工成型。
请参阅图13、14,一种杯子,包括杯身A2和以上所述的杯盖A1;所述固定环1的底部设置有环形卡槽14,所述杯身A2的顶部与所述环形卡槽14卡接。优选的,所述杯身A2的顶部与所述杯盖A1上的环形卡槽14过盈配合。所述杯盖A1、杯身A2均可以采用硅胶制作,硅胶的弹性好、耐老化、质量较轻且容易加工。当硅胶杯盖A1与硅胶杯身A2搭配使用时,具有弹性的杯身A2顶部与弹性的杯盖A1中环形卡槽14的卡接更为紧密。
请参阅图13、14,一种实施方式中,所述杯身A2的顶部外周壁上设置有第一环状凸条6。所述第一环状凸条6置于所述环形卡槽14内。所述环形卡槽14的外槽壁17内侧底部设置有第二环状凸条18,所述第二环状凸条18的顶面与所述第一环状凸条6的底面抵接。从截面上看,环形卡槽14的外槽壁17如同朝内弯曲的抓臂,将第一环状凸条6夹紧在环形卡槽14内。
请参阅图13、14,进一步地,所述环形卡槽14的内槽壁19的截面呈朝内弯曲的拱形。内槽壁19的底部与杯身A2的内周壁抵接。所述第一环状凸条6的高度与拱形形成的凹陷区的高度相同,当环形卡槽14的外槽壁17挤压杯身A2的外壁,以及环形卡槽14的内槽壁19挤压杯身A2的内壁时,会使促使杯身A2发生形变,迫使形变的部分进入到凹陷区内,使得杯身A2顶部截面呈S形,加大了与杯身A2顶部与杯盖A1的接触面积,且使得杯身A2与杯盖A1更难脱离,水密性也更好。
综上所述,本实用新型通过弹性连接结构2连接固定环1和密封盖3,使得通过按下或拔起密封盖3可以实现对杯子进行封闭或打开。杯盖A1整体的结构简洁,可采用硅胶等弹性塑胶材料一体加工成型,无需组装、质量轻、成本低,且均有优良的水密性能。
可以理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据本实用新型的技术方案及其实用新型构思加以等同替换或改变,而所有这些改变或替换都应属于本实用新型的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种杯盖,包括固定环,其特征在于,还包括密封盖和弹性连接结构;所述固定环、弹性连接结构以及密封盖从外到内依次连接;所述弹性连接结构上设置有至少一个出水孔;所述固定环的中部设置有过水口;所述弹性连接结构用于改变密封盖的位置,使密封盖封闭或打开过水口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的杯盖,其特征在于,所述固定环的内侧壁设有第一环形密封条,第一环形密封条所围成的区域形成过水口;密封盖封闭过水口时,第一环形密封条与密封盖抵接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的杯盖,其特征在于,所述密封盖的中部向下凹陷;所述第一环形密封条的内侧朝上凸起。
- 根据权利要求1所述的杯盖,其特征在于,所述密封盖的底部设置有第二环形密封条;所述固定环的内侧壁下部设置有环形凸起;所述环形凸起的中部形成所述过水口;所述第二环形密封条与所述过水口过盈配合。
- 根据权利要求4所述的杯盖,其特征在于,所述密封盖的中部向下凹陷;所述第二环形密封条的顶部与所述密封盖的边缘固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的杯盖,其特征在于,所述弹性连接结构的外侧壁与所述固定环的内侧壁中部固定连接;所述弹性连接结构的内侧壁与所述密封盖的上部固定连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的杯盖,其特征在于,所述弹性连接结构上周向设置有多个所述出水孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的杯盖,其特征在于,所述密封盖的上部设置有盖柄。
- 根据权利要求8所述的杯盖,其特征在于,所述盖柄呈柱状,所述盖柄的内部设置有空腔。
- 一种杯子,其特征在于,包括杯身和权利要求1-9任一项所述的杯盖;所述固定环的底部设置有环形卡槽,所述杯身的顶部与所述环形卡槽卡接。
