Abstract
Une méthode de traitement de troubles respiratoires du sommeil (TRS) consiste à mettre en œuvre sélectivement un premier dispositif médical implantable (DMI) par rapport à un premier tissu cible et/ou à mettre en œuvre sélectivement un second dispositif médical implantable (DMI) par rapport à un second tissu cible. Un dispositif comprenant un premier dispositif médical implantable (DMI) est agencé par rapport à un premier tissu cible et configuré pour être mis en œuvre sélectivement; et/ou un second DMI est agencé par rapport à un second tissu cible et configuré pour être mis en œuvre sélectivement; le dispositif comprend une partie de commande configurée pour : mettre en œuvre sélectivement le premier DMI par rapport au premier tissu cible et/ou au second tissu cible; ou à mettre en œuvre sélectivement le second DMI par rapport au premier tissu cible et/ou au second tissu cible.
