Abstract
La présente divulgation concerne des systèmes et des méthodes d'ablation. Un ensemble cathéter d'ablation comprend une tige, et au moins un ballonnet raccordé à la tige, le ou les ballonnets comprenant un matériau conducteur conçu pour dissiper l'énergie électrique dans un tissu pendant une procédure d'ablation, et a) un matériau de masquage non conducteur recouvrant une partie du matériau conducteur et définissant une pluralité de fenêtres de matériau conducteur exposé sur une surface du ballonnet et/ou b) un embout inversé positionné au niveau d'une extrémité distale du ballonnet, l'embout inversé étant conçu pour être couplé électriquement à un générateur d'ablation.
