Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un élément optique. Le procédé consiste à former une couche d'alignement qui comprend une première région d'alignement comprenant une direction d'alignement uniforme et une pluralité de secondes régions d'alignement comprenant une direction d'alignement variant localement, par la projection d'un rayonnement polarisé comportant un premier axe de polarisation directionnelle selon un premier motif et la projection d'un rayonnement polarisé comportant un second axe de polarisation directionnelle selon un second motif sur une composition de revêtement d'alignement ; à appliquer une composition de revêtement comprenant au moins un matériau anisotrope durcissable sur la couche d'alignement ; à aligner le ou les matériaux anisotropes durcissables avec la première région d'alignement et la pluralité des secondes régions d'alignement de la couche d'alignement ; et à durcir l'au moins un matériau anisotrope durcissable pour former une couche de revêtement anisotrope durcie. La couche de revêtement anisotrope durcie comprend une pluralité de microlentilles qui focalisent et/ou défocalisent la lumière.
