Abstract
Una composición para tratar amenorrea hipotalámica en un mamífero hembra no deprimido que comprende una cantidad eficaz de un compuesto dehidrocicloalcanofenetilo de la fórmula estructural(I), en la que A es una porción de la fórmula (II), donde la línea de puntos representa insaturaciónopcional,R1 es hidrógeno o alquilo de C1-C6; R2 es alquilo de C1-C6; R4 es hidrógeno, alquilo de C1-C6, formilo o alcanoilo de C2-C7; R5 y R6 sonindependientemente hidrógeno, hidroxilo, alquilo de C1-C6, alcoxi de C1-C6, alcanoiloxi de C2-C7, ciano, nitro, alquilmercapto de C1-C6, amino, alquilaminode C1-C6, dialquilamino en que cada alquilo es de C1-C6 alcanamido de C2-C7, halo, trifluormetilo o tomados conjuntamente metilendioxi; R7 eshidrógeno oalquilo de C1-C6; n es 0, 1, 2, 3 ó 4; o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo.
