Abstract

Un proceso de purificacion de oxido de etileno por destilacion, una mezcla compuesta por oxido de etileno, fomaldehído y como mínimo 5% en peso de agua esintroducida por medio de un alimentador en un aparato de destilacion que presenta almeno s una columna de destilacion, siendo dicha mezcla introducidaal menos a la altura de la octava etapa teorica respecto de la cola, en tanto el oxido de etileno es recolectado por la parte superior, y en la fase inferior seobtiene una mezcla quecontie ne menos de 5% en peso de oxido de etileno.
