Abstract

Un proceso para la realizacion de aglomerados detergentes de alto contenido surfactante, que comprende las etapas de: (a) aglomerar el material detergenteinicial y una primera porcion de pasta surfactante en una primera mezcladora/densificadora, paraformar los aglomerados iniciales, que comprende 28-35% dealuminio silicato y 12-18% de Na2CO3; (b) anejar dichos aglomerados iniciales durante un período de tiempo predeterminado, 10 segundos antes de mezclar; (c)mezclar dichos aglomerados inicialesy una segunda porcion de la mencionada pasta surfactante en una segunda mezcladora/densificadora, para formar aglomeradosde mayor contenido surfactante, y (d) repetir la etapa (c) para formar aglomerados detergentes de alto contenido surfactante queposeen como mínimo un 45% porpeso de sufactante y una composicion detergente realizada de acuerdo con dicho proceso. La densidad de los aglomerados detergentes es de 600-800 g/l.
