Abstract
Se proporcionan compuestos bicíclicos-aromáticos que responden a la formula general (I): en la cual R1 representa -CH3, -CH2OR2; -CO-R3; Ar1 es un grupo deformulas II; Ar2 es un grupo de formulas (III); X tiene la estructura (IV); R2 es H, alquiloin ferior o CO-R16; R3 es (a) H (b) alquilo inferior (c) es -NRR(d)-OR17; R4 es H, un radical poliéter, alquilo inferior u OR18; R5 es H, alquilo inferior, un radical poliéter, OR19; R6 es tertiobutilo; R7 es alquiloinferior, un radical poliéter uOR20; R4 y R7 tomados juntos pueden formar con el ciclo aromático adyacente un ciclo de 6 eslabones eventualmente sustituidopor grupos metilo y/o eventualmente interrumpido por un átomo de O o de S; R9 es tertiobutilo, adamantilo; arilo o aralquilo;R9 y R10 tomados juntos formancon el ciclo aromático adyacente un ciclo de 5 o 6 eslabones eventualmente sustituido mediante grupos metilo y/o eventualmente interrumpido por un átomo de O ode S; R11 es H, alquilo inferior C1-9, hidroxi, alcoxi, unradical poliéter o -OR21; R12 es H, hidroxi, alcoxi, un radical poliéter o -OR22; R13 es H, alquiloinferior o -COR23; R14 y R15 idénticos o diferentes, representan H o alquilo inferior; Y es O o CH2; R16 es alquilo inferior; R17 es H, alquilo linealoramifi cado C1-20, alquenilo mono o polihidroxialquilo, arilo o aralquilo eventualmente sustituido(s) o un resto de azucar; R y R idénticos o diferentesrepresentan H, alquilo inferior, mono o polihidroxialquilo, arilo eventualmente sustituido o unresto ami noácido o también tomados juntos forman un heterocicloR18, R19,R20 idénticos o diferentes, representan H, alquilo inferior, alquenilo, mono o polihidroxialquilo, arilo, aralquilo eventualmente sustituido(s) o-(CH2)n-R24; R21 y R22idénticos o diferen tes representan alquenilo, mono o polihidroxialquilo, arilo, aralquilo eventualmente sustituido(s) o -(CH2)n-R24; R23es alquilo inferior, R24 es un heterociclo, un monohidroxialquilo, un tiol eventualmente sustituido por unalquilo inferior, un amino eventualmente sustituidopor al menos un alquilo inferior, un -COOR25, o un -CON(R26)R27, R25 es H o alquilo inferior, R26 y R27 idénticos o diferentes representan H, alquilo inferior
