Abstract
Un circuito de ajuste monolítico de oscilador controlado por tension de alta frecuencia incluye varios lazos de capacitancia conectadosselectivamente entre una primera y una segunda entrada diferencial de una red activa de oscilador de tension. Un controlador aplica una tension de bias positivo al diodo del lazo de capacitancia seleccionado para conectar ellazo de capacitancia a la red activa del oscilador controlado por tension y aplica una tension de bias inverso al diodo del lazo de capacitancia seleccionadopara desconectar el lazo de capacitancia de la red activa.
