Abstract

Anticuerpos que tienen una afininidad optimizada para un epitope característico de dominio ED-B de la fibronectina, conjugados que contienen esosanticuerpos métodos terapéuticos para el tratamiento de angiogenesis. Anticuerpos con afinidad subnanomo lar específica para un epitope característico deldominio ED-B de la fibronectina, un indicador de la angiogenésis. Asimismo, se relaciona con el uso de los anticuerpos ED-B de alta afinidad radiomarcados paradetectar la formacion de nuevosvasos sang uíneos en vivo y un equipo de diagnostico que incluye a ese anticuerpo. Asimismo, se relaciona a los conjugados queincluyen a esos anticuerpos y moléculas fotoactivas apropiadas (por ejemplo, un fotosensibilizador elegido razonablemente),y su uso pa ra la oclusion selectivacon luz de los nuevos vasos sanguineos, segun lo indicado.
