Abstract

Célula vegetal monocotiledonea o semilla de ella que contiene un polipéptido de mamífero, producido por la expresion, dentro de la célula o de la semilla,a paartir de un cassette de expresion, que comprende una secuencia de codificacion para el polipéptido , de modo tal que en la célula vegetal o la semilla hayaun rasgo adicional seleccinado del grupo formado por: (a) el polipéptido que se expresa fusionado a una senal de retencion del retículo endoplasmático (RE);(b) la secuencia de codificacion para el polipéptido que está precedida, en el cassette de expresion, por una secuencia líder 5 no traducida (5 UTR); (c) elpolipéptido que se expresa fusionado al péptido líder; (d) cualquier combinacion de un par formado entre (a),(b) y (c); y (e)una combinacion de (a), (b) y(c).
