Abstract

Se relaciona con un método de clasificacion y agrupacion de objetos individuales (1) a una unidad cargada en palet (2). Los objetos individuales (1) estánagrupados en un patron de empaque preseleccionado, que constituye una capa (5) en una unidad pálet (2). Los objetos (1) son transferidos a una plancha deintercapa (6). Los bordes de la plancha intercapa (6) se pueden plegar de manera que formen una estructura (10), y cuando la plancha intercapa (6) se coloqueen la unidad palét (2), la estructura (10) soporte las dos capas(5) de objetos (1). La plancha intercapa (6) es plegada en una estacion de trabajo (21), dondeluego una estacion de trabajo (30) con un cabezal de sujecion (23) va a buscar, transporta horizontalmente y deposita la planchaintercapa (6) con los objetosagrupados (1). Una estacion de trabajo (24) detecta sobre cuál se va a colocar la plancha intercapa (6) con los objetos (1) y da informacion a la estacion detrabajo (30) para que la plancha intercapa (6) y los objetos sean colocados exactamente y suavemente.
