Abstract
En un sistema de comunicaciones moviles (T1) un medio de seleccion de intervalo de tiempo (TIFM) en un medio de control de red (RNC) determina un intervalode tiempo y envía una indicacion acerca de este intervalo de tiempo a una estacion de abonado( MS) en una senal de indicacion de intervalo de tiempo. Un medioque determina una senal de intervalo de tiempo (TIFDM) en una estacion de abonado (MS) detecta el intervalo de tiempo y un medio de medicion IF (IFMM) lleva acabo mediciones inter-frecuen cia/inter-sistema en el intervalo de tiempo detectado especificado por el medio de control de red (RNC). En este intervalo detiempo la reduccion temporaria de calidad de servicio QoS en la conexion de comunicacion (CC) está planificada porel medio d e control de red (RNC). Noobstante, independientemente de si se lleva a cabo una transmision de datos sensible a retardo o sensible a pérdida, el medio de control de red (RNC) puedehacer provisiones para compensar la reduccion temporariade la calida d de servicio. Tal procedimiento es superior a desempenar mediciones IF en un intervalo detiempo inactivo de una ranura de tiempo comprimida en que una degradacion temporaria de la calidad de servicio debe aceptarse siempre debido almodo deoperacion comprimido.
