Abstract

Se describen promotores de Arcelina capaces de transcribir una secuencia de ácido nucleico heterologa a niveles altos en plantas. Los promotores son particularmente adecuados para su uso en células vegetales y plantas de soja. También se describen métodos para modificar, producir y usar los promotores.
