Abstract

Tope descapotable para puertas de vehículos, del tipo que incluye en combinacion: un primer soporte (16) destinado a ser fijado a la estructura (28) de un vehículo (10), una varilla (22) con un extremo (24) montado para girar libremente alrededor de un eje sobre el primer soporte (16), y un segundo soporte (36) destinado a ser fijado a la puerta (12) de un vehículo 10 y que se halla articulada a la estructura (18) del vehículo, portando el segundo soporte (36) un par de rodillos (38, 40), los que giran locos sobre sus ejes respectivos, los que se hallan paralelos entre sí, y medios elásticos (42) que solicitan dichos rodillos (38, 40) el uno contra el otro. La varilla (22) se halla predispuesta a desplazarse entre dichos rodillos (38-40) debido a la rotacion de la puerta (12) entre la posicion de puerta cerrada y la posicion de puerta abierta hasta su máxima apertura normal, y viceversa, y en donde la varilla se halla predispuesta para desacoplarse de los rodillos (38-40) para permitir a la puerta (12) de abrirse más allá de la posicion de máxima apertura normal hasta una posicion de apertura extra abierta. El otro extremo (34) de dicha varilla (22) tiene una conformacion redondeada que permite a la varilla (22) desacoplarse de los rodillos (38, 40) citados al ser girada la puerta (12) sobre su eje desde la posicion normal hacia la posicion de apertura extra abierta.
