Abstract

La presente se refiere a un artículo absorbente para manejar fluidos corporales, que comprende una hoja de respaldo con coeficiente de fricción alto (''COF'') y por lo menos una lengüeta de cinta que se extiende desde la misma; la lengüeta de cinta comprende una cantidad mínima de adhesivo sensible a la presión suficiente para mantener la posición del artículo cuando las prendas íntimas de una usuaria están lejos de su cuerpo; cuando las prendas íntimas están cerca de su cuerpo, la hoja de respaldo con coeficiente de fricción alto actúa como el medio predominante para mantener la posición del artículo debido a las fuerzas normales ejercidas por el cuerpo de la usuaria y las prendas íntimas; cuando la usuaria desea quitar el artículo de sus prendas íntimas, la lengüeta de cinta provee ventajas adicionales; la usuaria puede sujetar la lengüeta de cinta para remover el artículo como una alternativa a sujetar una porción del artículo sucio; además, el artículo sucio se puede doblar o enrollar y después mantener en esa configuración con la lengüeta de cinta para su desecho conveniente y discreto.
