Abstract

Mecanismo de ajuste remoto para un elemento limpiador con persianas de una cosechadora combinada. Un mecanismo de ajuste remoto para los elementos limpiadores con persianas de una cosechadora combinada tiene un elemento de salida móvil linealmente sujetado directamente a la barra de ajuste de cada elemento. El accionador es impulsado por un motor eléctrico. La calibración y la información de la abertura de la persiana son provistas por un par de sensores que no hacen contactos sellados en el alojamiento del accionador. Un primer sensor envía una senal a un controlador por microprocesador cuando el elemento de salida está en una posición normal que corresponde a una abertura conocida de la persiana. El segundo sensor envía una senal al microprocesador que responde al movimiento del elemento de salida. Siguiendo el movimiento del elemento de salida desde la posición normal, se conoce la posición corriente del elemento de salida en base a la cual se determina la abertura de la persiana basada en la geometría de la persiana.
