Abstract
Un método de procesamiento de muestras de citometría de flujo, un método de crear un espécimen de esperma sexuado y un método para crear un mamífero. La disposición de boquilla mejorada para un citómetro de flujo y métodos que acompanan han sido inventados para una orientación altamente eficiente y proceso de clasificación de una muestra plana e ítems dedicados tales como células de esperma de equinos o de bovinos. La disposición de boquilla mejorada comprende una boquilla con una geometría de superficie interior novedosa que puede acelerar gentilmente las células e incluso incluir un elemento de superficie interior de torsión individual tipo elíptica dentro de la boquilla, por ejemplo una boquilla de orientación de torsión individual. El elemento de superficie interior de torsión individual tipo elíptica puede tener una superficie de flujo laminar y puede producir el paso de flujo más simple para aplicar fuerzas mínimas las cuales actúan en naturaleza de aceleración o fuerzas hidrodinámicas de orientación, es decir, las fuerzas de orientación de torsión individual, para orientar una muestra plana tal como células de esperma animales dentro de una dirección apropiada para un análisis y proceso de clasificación eficiente en uso clínico para investigación y para la industria de inseminación animal. Reivindicación 1: Un método de procesamiento de muestras de citometría de flujo, caracterizado porque comprende los pasos de a) establecer un fluido de envainado; b) inyectar una muestra dentro de dicho fluido de envainado en un punto de inyección; c) establecer una superficie de torsión individual en la boquilla que presenta un eje central alrededor del cual una torsión es aplicada; d) generar fuerzas hidrodinámicas de torsión individuales a partir de dicha superficie de torsión individual; e) orientar dicha muestra con dicha fuerzas de hidrodinámicas de torsión individual; f) expulsar dicha muestra desde dicha boquilla; g) analizar dicha muestra.
