Abstract
Un procedimiento continuo para preparar 16a,17a[(R )butilendioxi]-6a,9a-difluoro-11b,21dihidroxipregn-4-eno-3,20-dionaR-(rofleponida). Reivindicación 1: Un procedimiento continuo para producir R-rofleponida caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: a) mezclar una corriente continua de acetonida de dihidroflucinolona y butiraldehído en una proporción de 1,5 a 5 moles de butiraldehído por mol de acetonida de dihidroflucinolona en un disolvente adecuado, con una corriente continua de ácido perclórico acuoso que tiene una concentración de 60 a 72% de ácido perclórico y que tiene caudal que es, en mezcla resultante, una proporción de 2 a 6 moles de ácido perclórico por mol de acetonida de dihidroflucinolona; b) permitir a la mezcla que fluya a través del reactor; c) permitir al producto que permanezca en un cristalizador durante un período de tiempo adecuado; d) retirar el complejo de ácido perclórico rofleponida del cristalizador; y e) recuperar la rofleponida del complejo de ácido perclórico rofleponida
