Abstract

Una composición edulcorante artificial contiene sucralosa y, opcionalmente, un agente de volumen tal como la maltodextrina. La composición está en la forma de gránulos que tienen un tamaño que se encuentran entre 30 y 2000 micrones y contienen entre 0,5 y 1,5 % en peso de humedad.
