Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un procedimiento para la transformación microbiana de compuestos esteroides sustituidos en 7 de fórmula (1), en la que: R1 es H o alquil(C1-6)-C(O)-; R2 es beta-OR1 o alfa-C(O)-O-alquilo (C1-6); Z1 es una fórmula (2), Z2 es -CH-; o Z1 y Z2 pueden tomarse conjuntamente para formar un doble enlace carbono-carbono; Q es un resto de grupo de fórmula (3), en intermedios esteroideos de fórmula (4), en la que R2, Z1 Z2 y Q son como para la fórmula (1), que comprende poner en contacto un compuesto de fórmula (1) con un miembro el género Flavobacterium capaz de realizar la transformación de un compuesto de fórmula (1) en un compuesto de fórmula (4). Reivindicación 2: Un procedimiento según la reivindicación 1, en el que el miembro del género Flavobacterium se selecciona de Flavobacterium dehydrogenans o Flavobacterium dehydrogenans cepa ATCC 13930.
