Abstract

Endoprótesis para sustituir una articulación tibiotarsiana, del tipo constituido por un componente inferior (4) a unir con el astrágalo (2), un componente superior a unir con la tibia (1), y una parte intermedia (5) que forma con el componente inferior, como también con el componente superior una articulación deslizante. Para compensar irregularidades anatómicas u operativas se ha previsto una parte intermedia (5), la cual presenta forma de cuña en corte sagital. Asimismo, el componente superior (3) puede presentar forma de cuña en corte vertical o sagital.
