Abstract

La presente contiene un dispositivo de pulverizacion para granulacion fundida en lecho fluidificado que comprende una boquilla (2) con un canal de alimentacion para un líquido a ser atomizado, donde el líquido es conducido a través de medios de emulsion y dentro de una cámara de mezclado interno para gas y líquido, antes de ser alimentado en el lecho fluidificado. La boquilla tiene un canal separado para el gas atomizado fijado concéntricamente alrededor del canal central de suministro líquido para el líquido a ser atomizado o nebulizado. La cámara de mezclado rodea la zona de salida del pulverizado líquido desde el medio de emulsionado y el gas, permitiendo la mezcla eficaz de gas y líquido de alta velocidad de atomizacion, y que tiene una tapa de gas externa (1) donde el gas fluidificado es acanalado en una boquilla arriba del dispositivo de pulverizado.
