Abstract
Se describe un método para la recuperacion de ácidos grasos que comprende una sal del ácido graso. El método comprende los pasos de: (a) hacer reaccionar la sal del ácido graso con CO2 y un reactivo distinto de hidroxido y se selexxiona de un grupo de compuestos que portan al menos una de las porciones O-H. N-H, S-H, C-O-C y C-O-N, para formar una mezcla de reaccion que comprende al menos uno de un carbonato y un bicarbonato y un producto seleccionado de ácidos grasos y sus derivados, y (b) separar el producto de la mezcla de reaccion. También se describe un método para la produccion de éster de ácidograso a partir de ácido graso libre de aceite vegetal crudo. También se describe un ácido graso libre que está sustancialmente libre de emulsionante.
