Abstract

La invencion proporciona un sistema y un proceso para recolectar efluentes producidos por una celda electrolítica (1) para la produccion de aluminio y para separar dichos efluentes de la celda en un caudal de gas. el sistema comprende un revestimiento (20) para contener los efluentes, al menos un canal de salida (25) para recolectar dicho flujo de gas y medio de succion para separar dicho flujo de gas de la celda. el revestimiento (20) incluye cubiertas desmontables (21) y, opcionalmente, al menos una puerta (23) para acceder al interior del revestimiento. El sistema además comprende un conducto (50) para soplar aire presurizado dentro del canal de salida el canal de salida (25) para incrementar el caudal de dicho flujo de gas. El suministro de aire presurizado (53) se activa a una presion especificada Po para obtener un caudal especificado Ro.
