Abstract
Se refiere a un proceso para el tratamiento de una corriente de sustancias la cual contiene al menos una sustancia valiosa de cada uno de los siguientes grupos: (A) aminoácidos, (B) ácidos carboxílicos diferentes de los aminoácidos y que comprenden de 1 a 5 átomos de carbono, y (C) sales inorgánicas, proceso que comprende los siguientes pasos: (1) tratamiento de la corriente de sustancias por nanofiltracion para obtener un concentrado enriquecido con la sustancia valiosa (A), (2) tratamiento del permeado del paso (1) por electrodiálisis para obtener un concentrado enriquecido con la sustancia valiosa (C), (3) tratamiento del diluato del paso (2) utilizando un sistema (3) de dos etapas (4) y (5) que están directa o indirectamente interconectadas, donde (4) un tratamiento se realiza por osmosis inversa y (5) un tratamiento se realiza por electrodiálisis, por lo que se obtiene un concentrado enriquecido con la sustancia valiosa (B), (6) al menos una porcion del concentrado del paso (4) se suministra directa o indirectamente al paso (5) y (7) al menos una porcion del diluato del paso (5) se suministra directa o indirectamente al paso (4). Reivindicacion 16: Una planta para llevar a cabo un proceso de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, que comprende: una instalacion de nanofiltracion (1), una primera instalacion de electrodiálisis (2),un conducto (11) para transportar el permeado desde la instalacion de nanofiltracion (1) hacia la primera instalacion de electrodiálisis (2), un sistema (3) constituido por las unidades (4) y (5) conectadas directa o indirectamente entre si, donde la unidad (4) es una instalacion de osmosis inversa y la unidad (5) es una segunda instalacion de electrodiálisis, un conducto (21) para transportar el diluato desde la primera instalacion de electrodiálisis (2) hacia dentro del sistema (3), un conducto (41) por medio del cual al menos una porcion del concentrado de la instalacion de osmosis inversa (4) es transportada directa o indirectamente hacia la segunda instalacion de electrodiálisis (5), un conducto (51) por medio del cual al menos una porcion del diluato de la segunda instalacion de electrodiálisis es transportada directa o indirectamente hacia la instalacion de osmosis inversa (4).
