Abstract

Un método y un aparato mejorados para producir una pieza para bocadillos (ôsnacksö) arrollada usando un extrusor que tiene típicamente una pluralidad de orificios a través de los cuales un extrudado sale del extrusor. Cada uno de estos orificiostiene forma de espiral. Cuando una cuerda o cordon de extrudado de longitud deseada sale de un orificio es cortado en su base produciendo así piezas individuales para bocadillos que parecen haber sido arrolladas después de ser laminadas.
