Abstract

Se describe un calentador de combustion no inflamable que incluye un conducto de oxidacion y un conducto de combustible que poseen una pluralidad de centralizadores unidos a la pared externa del conducto de combustible en el que al menos un centralizador o porcion de un centralizador se encuentra en un ángulo con respecto al eje longitudinal del conducto de combustible. Un método para proporcionar calor a un conducto del proceso, que incluye proporcionar un conducto de oxidacion; proporcionar un conducto de combustible con una pluralidad de entradas que permitan la comunicacion de los fluidos desde dentro del conducto de combustible hacia el conducto de oxidacion, y una pluralidad de centralizadores unidos al conducto de combustible, en el que al menos un centralizador o porcion del centralizador se coloca en un ángulo con respecto al eje longitudinal del conducto de combustible; proporcionar un conducto de proceso que intercambia calor con el conducto de oxidacion; introducir combustible en el conducto de combustible; introducir un oxidante en el conducto de oxidacion; e introducir el combustible en el conducto de oxidacion por una pluralidad de entradas de forma tal que la combustion no inflamable tiene lugar en el conducto de oxidacion.
