Abstract
Reivindicacion 1: Una composicion que comprende: una cantidad eficaz para el uso terapéutico de partículas que contienen difenhidramina recubiertas con un recubrimiento enmascarador del sabor; y gránulos de dispersion rápida que comprenden al menos un desintegrador, y al menos un alcohol basado en azucar y/o al menos un sacárido; donde el recubrimiento enmascarador del sabor comprende un polímero insoluble en agua. Reivindicacion 4:La composicion de la reivindicacion 1, que comprende además partículas que contienen drogas recubiertas con un recubrimiento enmascarador del sabor que comprende un polímero insoluble en agua, donde dichas partículas que contienen drogas recubiertas comprenden una droga seleccionada del grupo que consiste en fenilefedrina, pseudoefedrina, hidrocodona, y combinaciones de éstas. Reivindicacion 5: La composicion de la reivindicacion 1, que comprende además partículas que contienen drogas recubiertas con un recubrimiento enmascarador del sabor que comprende un polímero insoluble en agua, donde dichas partículas que contienen drogas recubiertas comprenden una droga seleccionada del grupo que consiste en acetaminofeno, ibuprofeno, meloxicam, cetoprofeno, aspirina, celecoxib, etodolac, sulindac, endometacina, diclofenac, y combinaciones de éstas. Reivindicacion 7: La composicion de la reivindicacion 1, donde el recubrimiento enmascarador del sabor comprende además un polímero enmascarador del sabor insoluble en agua, en combinacion con un formador de poros soluble en agua o gastrosoluble. Reivindicacion 12: La composicion de la reivindicacion 7, donde el recubrimiento enmascarador del sabor comprende un polímero insoluble en agua en combinacion con un formador de poros gastrosoluble, y donde el formador de poros gastrosoluble se selecciona del grupo que consiste en carbonato de calcio, hidroxido de magnesio, copolímeros de metacrilato de aminoalquilo, dietilaminoacetato de polivinilacetal, y mezclas de éstos. Reivindicacion 16: La composicion de la reivindicacion 1, donde el desintegrador se selecciona del grupo que consiste en crospovidona, glicolato de almidon de sodio, carboximetil celulosa de sodio reticulada, hidroxipropilcelulosa con bajo grado de sustitucion, y mezclas de éstos. Reivindicacion 17: La composicion de la reivindicacion 1, donde el alcohol a base de azucar y/o el sacárido se seleccionan del grupo que consiste en manitol, xilitol, sorbitol, maltitol, y mezclas de éstos.
