Abstract
Después de que se restablece la energía en un nodo dentro de una red de una companía proveedora de servicios eléctricos, ese nodo emplea a uno o más de sus nodos vecinos como servidores proxy para enrutar un mensaje a una instalacion para el control central de la companía proveedora de servicios eléctricos. El nodo que crea e inicialmente envía el mensaje puede ser el propio nodo restablecido u otro nodo que reconozca cuando un nodo restablecido ha vuelto a estar en línea recientemente.
