Abstract

La presente proporciona un método para elaborar productos utiles del material de desecho que comprende a) proporcionar un material de desecho, b) someter el material de desecho a la irradiacion con macro ondas de baja frecuencia (radiacion infrarroja), con una longitud de onda entre 700 hm y 1 mm.. Esto ocasiona que la temperatura del material sometido a proceso se caliente muy rápidamente e inicie la lisis desde la superficie del material dirigiéndose progresivamente hacia el centro cuando la temperatura alcance los 205sC lo cual ocurre en el primer minuto de iniciado el proceso. A partir de este momento la presion sufre una variacion muy pequena, entre 0,8 y 1,2 bar y se inicia el radiocraqueo formando hidrocarburos livianos y CO (oxido de carbono) debido a la presencia de aire en el interior del material procesado y a la humedad ya sea intersticial o citoplasmática del mismo y la temperatura asciende aceleradamente. De este modo se inicia la gasificacion del material en un ambiente inicial de mucha humedad y todo este gas es reaplicable al proceso como un gas combustible ôpobreö que alimenta a los quemadores que constituyen los focos de la emision fotonica. A los 10 minutos la gasificacion del material desaloja toda la cantidad de aire que se había incorporado al proceso es totalmente eliminada de la cámara de reaccion y a partir de este momento se forman metano y CO2 e inicia el modelado de varias clases de hidrocarburos formados C1, C2-C5, C6-C14, C15+ en la medida que el agua de la humedad del material desaparece se desprenden las cadenas mas largas de hidrocarburos y la temperatura del material procesado se incrementa rápidamente hasta llegar a los 850sC, esta técnica es la que permite gasificar fundamentalmente le alquitrán y permite la precipitacion selectiva del ecoasfalto en la fase c). Luego de un periodo de proceso que dura de 1 a 4 horas que es funcion de las características del material procesado, el residuo en esta cámara es carbon rectificado de alta pureza a una temperatura cercana a los 850sC. A partir de este momento es posible retirar la cámara interna del reactor para acopiar carbon caliente que se enfría en cámara hermética o mantenerlo en el reactor para obtener del mismo carbon activado incorporando vapor de agua al proceso y manteniendo la temperatura de 825sC por un periodo adicional de 2 horas obteniéndose además H hidrogeno y CO2 y finalmente se descarga carbon activado.
