Abstract
Se proporcionan métodos y sistemas para fracturar roca en una formacion para mejorar la produccion de fluidos provenientes de la formacion. En un método ejemplar, uno o más pozos se perforan dentro de un reservorio, donde cada pozo comprende un agujero de pozo principal con dos o más agujeros de pozo laterales perforados a partir del agujero de pozo principal. Una o más cargas explosivas se colocan dentro de cada uno de los dos o más agujeros de pozo laterales y las cargas explosivas se detonan para generar impulsos de presion que fracturan por lo menos parcialmente una roca entre los dos o más agujeros de pozo laterales. Las detonaciones se prevén de manera tal que uno o más impulsos de presion que emanan de distintos agujeros de pozo laterales interactuen.
