Abstract

Segun la presente, la velocidad de rotacion o bien el numero de vueltas del tambor de un molino para mena se regula de manera variable en funcion del tiempo. Como durante un primer intervalo el tambor rota con alta velocidad, las partículas particularmente duras o densas se quiebran por precipitacion. Al mismo tiempo, durante el primer intervalo resulta afectado el comportamiento de produccion del molino. Al primer intervalo le sigue un segundo intervalo en el que el tambor rota a una velocidad menor. En el segundo intervalo el material es descargado más efectivamente y no se puede alcanzar el movimiento de precipitacion dentro del molino. La combinacion de estas diferentes formas operativas a cortos intervalos durante el funcionamiento corriente, mejora en promedio tanto el desmenuzamiento por movimiento de precipitacion del material, como así también la produccion del material molido. A través de la regulacion del numero de vueltas segun diferentes valores nominales durante breves ventanas de tiempo, se pueden optimizar al mismo tiempo diferentes requerimientos al comportamiento de produccion del material a ser molido. Esto tiene la ventaja de que se puede alcanzar un mayor caudal de paso para el molino.
