Abstract
Un procedimiento para hidrotratar una alimentación o carga originada o proveniente de fuentes renovables tales como aceites vegetales para producir hidrocarburos parafínicos que comprenden una etapa de pretratamiento por medio de la cristalización y/o precipitación y la prehidrogenación de la carga con hidrógeno que permite la eliminación de las impurezas inorgánicas insolubles en condiciones de hidrotratamiento y mejora el manejo exotérmico de la reacción. El flujo de alimentación total se divide en un número determinado de diferentes flujos parciales igual al número de zonas catalíticas del reactor; los diversos flujos parciales se inyectan en las sucesivas zonas catalíticas en proporciones crecientes para producir un efluente que comprende hidrocarburos parafínicos. El efluente se somete a una etapa de separación a fin de separar una fracción de gas y una fracción líquida que contiene los hidrocarburos parafínicos. Al menos una porción de dicha fracción líquida se recicla a la primera zona catalítica de modo que la relación de peso entre dicho reciclado y el flujo parcial introducido en la primera zona catalítica es superior o igual a 10.
