Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Composición farmacéutica tópica caracterizada por el hecho de que comprende una combinación de: (a) metotrexato, una de sus sales o sus hidratos farmacéuticamente aceptables; (b) a-bisabolol; (c) alantoína; y (d) excipientes farmacéuticamente aceptables. Reivindicación 2: Composición farmacéutica tópica, de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizada por el hecho de que el metotrexato está en la forma monohidratada. Reivindicación 3: Composición farmacéutica tópica, de acuerdo con una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 2, caracterizada por el hecho de que el metotrexato está en la forma micronizada. Reivindicación 4: Composición farmacéutica tópica, de acuerdo con la reivindicación 3, caracterizada por el hecho de que el metotrexato está en la forma micronizada, con 100% de las partículas con diámetro inferior a 30 mm. Reivindicación 6: Composición farmacéutica tópica, de acuerdo con una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 5, caracterizada por el hecho de que el metotrexato está en la concentración de 0,05 a 2% del peso total de la composición. Reivindicación 8: Composición farmacéutica tópica, de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizada por el hecho de que el a-bisabolol está en la concentración de 0,1 a 10% del peso total de la composición. Reivindicación 10: Composición farmacéutica tópica, de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizada por el hecho de que la alantoína está en la concentración de 0,1 a 10% del peso total de la composición. Reivindicación 13: Composición farmacéutica tópica, de acuerdo con una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 12, caracterizada por el hecho de que comprende por lo menos: (a) una fase acuosa constituida por agente antioxidante, agente quelante, agente humectante, y vehículo acuoso; y (b) una fase oleosa constituida por agente emulsificante, agente surfactante, y vehículo oleoso. Reivindicación 14: Composición farmacéutica tópica, de acuerdo con la reivindicación 13, caracterizada por el hecho de que la fase acuosa contiene opcionalmente: agente acidificante, agente alcalinizante, y agente conservante. Reivindicación 25: Composición farmacéutica tópica, de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 a 14, caracterizada por el hecho de que está en la forma farmacéutica de crema, crema-gel o loción. Reivindicación 32: Composición farmacéutica tópica, de acuerdo con la reivindicación 30, caracterizada por el hecho de que comprende por lo menos: (a) una fase acuosa constituida por 0,01 a 0,5% de butilhidroxianisol (BHA); 0,01 a 1,0% de edetato disódico dihidratado (EDTA disódico dihidratado); 1 a 20% de glicerol; y 45 a 80% de agua; en peso total de la composición, y (b) una fase oleosa constituida por 5 a 20% de alcohol cetoestearílico y estearato de polietilenglicol; 0,5 a 5% de monoestearato de sorbitán y polisorbato; y 1,0 a 10,0% de petrolato líquido (parafina líquida o aceite mineral); en peso total de la composición. Reivindicación 35: Proceso de producción de la composición farmacéutica tópica tal como se define en una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 33, caracterizada por el hecho de que comprende las etapas: (a) preparación de la fase oleosa constituida por: (i) mezclar los compuestos de la fase oleosa; y (ii) calentar la mezcla a 60 - 75ºC bajo agitación constante, hasta la completa fusión de los compuestos; (b) preparación de la fase acuosa constituida por; (i) mezclar los compuestos de la fase acuosa; y (ii) calentar la mezcla a 60 - 75ºC bajo agitación constante; (c) incorporar la alantoina y el a-bisabolol a la fase oleosa; (d) formación de la crema constituida por (i) incorporar la fase acuosa, etapa b, en la fase oleosa, etapa a, y (ii) enfriar la masa a 35 - 45ºC, bajo agitación constante; y (e) incorporación del metotrexato. Reivindicación 38: Método de tratamiento tópico de psoriasis, dermatitis atópica o eczemas crónicos caracterizado por la aplicación de una cantidad adecuada sobre las lesiones de la piel, de la composición farmacéutica tal como se define en una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 33.
