Abstract

Un método que comprende los pasos de: preparar una película multicapas (10) que comprende una primera capa protectora transparente (12), una segunda capa decorativa (14) que contiene por lo menos un pigmento hecho de metal con un punto de fusión menor de 250ºC, y una tercera capa de soporte (16) de material plástico termoformable, donde por lo menos una parte (13) de la superficie de la primera capa (12) opuesta la segunda capa (14) se serigrafía con una tinta a base de poliuretano y/o acrílica; termoformar la película (10) a una temperatura dentro del rango entre 130 y 180ºC y a una presión dentro del rango entre 10 y 20 bar, de manera tal de formar allí por lo menos un bajorrelieve (28); verter dentro del bajorrelieve una resina termoendurecible (30) que se adhiere a la tercera capa (16) de la película (10); adherir una lámina de recubrimiento (32) a la tercera capa (16) de la película (10) de manera tal de contener a la resina vertida (30), que se somete a un proceso de endurecimiento; y cortar la película (10) alrededor del bajorrelieve (28), produciendo así un elemento decorativo estratificado que comprende una parte de la película (10), una capa de resma (30) y una parte de la lámina (32).
