Abstract
Se provee un compuesto que es útil como un agente para el tratamiento de cáncer de mama. Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto de la fórmula (1) o una de sus sales, en la fórmula, R¹ es arilo o heteroarilo que contiene nitrógeno monocíclico, cada uno de los cuales puede estar sustituido con grupos seleccionados del grupo que consiste en halógeno, alquilo inferior, -O-alquilo inferior, halógeno-alquilo inferior, -O- halógeno-alquilo inferior, -CN, dimetilamino y cicloalquilo; X es CH, N o C; ⁻ ⁻ ⁻ ⁻ ⁻ es i) un enlace simple en el caso donde X es CH o N y ii) un enlace doble en el caso donde X es C; Y es un grupo cíclico seleccionado del grupo de fórmulas (2) aquí, Y¹ es CRʰ o N; Y² es CRⁱ o N, siempre que Y¹ e Y² no sean N al mismo tiempo; Rᵃ, Rʰ y Rⁱ, que son iguales o diferentes entre sí, son H o halógeno; Rᵇ es H o alquilo inferior; Rᶜ es alquilo inferior; Y³ es CH o N; Rᵈ y Rᵉ son iguales o diferentes entre sí, son H, halógeno, alquilo inferior; Rᶠ es H o alquilo inferior; Y⁴ es O ó S; Y⁵ es CH o N; Y⁶ es CH o N; Rᵍ es H o alquilo inferior; R² es H o alquilo inferior; y R³ y R⁴, que son iguales o diferentes entre sí, son H, halógeno, alquilo inferior -O-alquilo inferior, halógeno-alquilo inferior, -O-halógeno-alquilo inferior cicloalquilo, o -CN, o R³ y R⁴ pueden formar 2,2-difluoro-1,3-benzodioxol mediante la unión entre sí con el anillo benceno al cual R³ y R⁴ están enlazados.
