Abstract
Se proporciona un método de producción de L-aminoácidos mediante el uso de un microorganismo corineforme recombinante en el que la expresión de un gen objetivo es debilitada mediante el uso de un método de inhibición de la transcripción génica. Reivindicación 1: Un método de producción de L-aminoácidos, comprendiendo el método 1) cultivar un microorganismo corineforme recombinante capaz de producir L-aminoácidos, en donde el microorganismo corineforme recombinante se transforma mediante inserción de un promotor inducible por acetato corriente abajo de un codón de terminación de un gen objetivo en un cromosoma; y 2) agregar acetatos durante el cultivo para debilitar la expresión del gen objetivo y para fortalecer la capacidad de producción de L-aminoácidos del microorganismo corineforme recombinante.
