Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Un sistema de liberación hibrido anfifílico en forma micelar para la liberación de agroquímicos, que comprende un polímero de polietilenglicol hidrofílico (PEG) conjugado con un dendrón hidrofóbico, donde el dendrón comprende al menos un grupo terminal hidrofóbico dependiente del pH o enzimáticamente escindible que se une covalentemente con el dendrón, en donde dicha micela comprende un agroquímico ya sea como parte del grupo terminal hidrofóbico o encapsulado dentro de la micela o ambos y en donde dicha micela se desensambla para liberar el agroquímico después de la escisión enzimática o dependiente del pH de dicho grupo terminal hidrofóbico. Reivindicación 16: El sistema de liberación híbrido de acuerdo con la reivindicación 15, en donde cada generación del dendrón se deriva de un compuesto seleccionado del grupo que consiste en HS-CH₂-CH₂-OH, HS-(CH₂)₁₋₃-CO₂H y HS-CH₂-CH(OH)-CH₂-OH. Reivindicación 46: Un método de liberación del agroquímico sistema hibrido anfifílico de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, que comprende la etapa de puesta en contacto de una planta o los alrededores de la planta con el sistema de liberación híbrido anfifílico y una enzima o un agente de ajuste del pH en una cantidad efectiva para inducir la escisión del grupo terminal hidrofóbico escindible, desensamblando así dicha micela. Reivindicación 47: Un kit para liberar el agroquímico sistema híbrido anfifílico de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, que comprende en un compartimiento el agroquímico sistema híbrido anfifílico y en un segundo compartimiento una enzima o un agente de ajuste del pH capaz de hidrolizar el grupo terminal hidrofóbico escindible de modo de desensamblar dicha micela.
