Abstract
Un método para purificar una mezcla que comprende al menos un hidrocarburo líquido y agua separando al menos parcialmente el al menos un hidrocarburo líquido de la mezcla, que comprende la etapa de pasar la mezcla a través de un agente de sorción que comprende al menos un material de estructura organometálica porosa, en donde el al menos un material de estructura organometálica comprende al menos un compuesto orgánico coordinado con al menos un ión metálico, en donde el al menos un compuesto orgánico se basa en imidazol, que no está sustituido o que está sustituido con uno o varios sustituyentes seleccionados, de modo independiente, del grupo que consiste en alquilo C₁₋₆, fenilo y bencilo. También el uso de tal material de estructura organometálica para purificar la mezcla.
