Abstract

Composiciones y métodos para promover la transcripción de una secuencia de nucleótidos en un vegetal o en una célula vegetal, con el uso de un promotor del gen ZAGI de Zea mays. Algunas modalidades se refieren a un promotor de un gen ZAGI de Zea mays que funciona en los vegetales para promover la transcripción de secuencias de nucleótidos operativamente unidas. Vector de ácido nucleico, método para producir una célula vegetal transgénica con el mismo y célula vegetal transgénica obtenida. Polinucleótido aislado comprendido en dicho vector.
