Abstract

El procedimiento incluye un paso de incorporar en un reactor de mezcla (1) un ácido orgánico (b), una combinación de alcoholes (c) y un bioadhesivo (d) para obtener una solución ligante y paso de incorporar sobre una base de la parte inferior de un reactor de lecho fluido (2) un polisacárido (a) impulsado por una corriente de aire inyectada a temperatura y velocidad controladas; sobre cuyo fluido y micropartículas del polisacárido (a) se rocía desde la parte superior de dicho reactor de lecho fluido (2) la solución ligante y donde el polisacárido (a) es quitosano, el ácido orgánico (b) es ácido acético, la combinación de alcoholes (c) es alcohol y polialcohol y el bioadhesivo (d) es polivinilalcohol. El producto obtenido con el procedimiento descripto contiene entre un 55 y un 85% p/p de un polisacárido (a); entre un 10 a un 40% de p/p un ácido orgánico (b); hasta un 17 % p/p de una combinación de alcoholes (c) y hasta un 3% de un bioadhesivo (d) y el fluido ligante se rocía sobre el polímero (a) en una cantidad de entre 50 y 150% p/p.
