Abstract

En un ejemplo se proporciona una bomba centrífuga. La bomba centrífuga, de acuerdo con este ejemplo, incluye un eje que tiene un chavetero axial ubicado allí dentro, así como una chaveta axial posicionada dentro del chavetero axial, en donde la chaveta axial tiene un rebaje ubicado en una superficie exterior radial de este; La bomba centrífuga, de acuerdo con este ejemplo incluye adicionalmente un impulsor posicionado en el eje alrededor de la chaveta axial, y un anillo de retención posicionado en el eje alrededor de la chaveta axial, en donde una porción del anillo de retención se extiende dentro del rebaje en la chaveta axial para fijar axialmente el anillo de retención con relación a la chaveta axial. La bomba centrífuga de acuerdo con este ejemplo incluye además uno o más sujetadores que unen el anillo de retención al impulsor, y un difusor acoplado alrededor del eje y próximo al impulsor.
