Abstract

De acuerdo con modalidades, un método para preparar un catalizador híbrido autoaglutinado puede comprender mezclar una mezcla en polvo y un componente aglutinante para formar un catalizador base híbrido y añadir una solución de impregnación que comprende galio al catalizador base híbrido para formar el catalizador híbrido autoaglutinado después del secado y calcinación. De acuerdo con modalidades, un proceso para preparar hidrocarburos C₂ a C₄ puede comprender introducir una corriente de alimentación que comprende gas hidrógeno y un gas que contiene carbono seleccionado del grupo que consiste en monóxido de carbono, dióxido de carbono, y mezclas de estos en una zona de reacción de un reactor y convertir la corriente de alimentación en una corriente de producto que comprende hidrocarburos C₂ a C₄ en la zona de reacción en la presencia de un catalizador híbrido autoaglutinado formado de acuerdo con los métodos descritos en la presente descripción.
