Elektrischer Schalter.

Electric switch.
The invention relates to a switch of the type in which current connection and current interruption are brought about by the change in position of a contact-making body brought about when the switch housing changes position. The invention consists in that a swingable flap is arranged in a bushing with two parallel bearing surfaces, which flap rests on a contact or falls off when the bushing is placed on one or the other of the two bearing surfaces.
In its simplest embodiment, shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 in a horizontal section according to BB of FIG. 2 and in a vertical section according to AA of FIG. 1, the novel switch consists of an approximately rectangular box v made of insulating material, at the bottom of which a swingable, made of conductive materials flap m is articulated, which rests on a contact c attached to the bottom of the can. One of the bearings g of the flap m and the contact n are connected in series in one (b) of the lead wires b, a, while the second lead wire a runs continuously through the housing v or is inserted into wall slots r, r of the same.
When the housing assumes the position shown in Fig. 1, the conductive flap m is on

differently colored to indicate the switch position.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Switch, in which current connection and current interruption is brought about by a change in position of a contact-making body brought about by a change in position of the switch housing, characterized in that a swingable flap (m) is arranged in a sleeve (v) with two parallel bearing surfaces, which when the Bush (v) rests on one or the other of the two bearing surfaces on a contact (n) or falls off the same.
