Erläuterungen zum Recherchenbericht für den Anmelder österreichisches Patentamt Hinweis Die Kategorien der angeführten Dokumente dienen in Anlehnung an die Kategorien der Entgegenhaltungen bei EP- bzw. PCT-Recherchenberichten zur raschen Einordnung des ermittelten Stands der Technik. Bitte beachten Sie, dass nach der Zahlung der Veröffentlichungsgebühr die Registrierung erfolgt und die Gebrauchsmusterschrift veröffentlicht wird, auch wenn die Neuheit bzw. der erforderlich erfinderische Schritt nicht gegeben ist. In diesen Fällen könnte ein allfälliger Antrag auf Nichtigerklärung (kann von jedermann gestellt werden) zur Löschung des Gebrauchsmusters führen.
