   Eine knetbare   Stopfbüchsenpackung   in der Weise herzustellen, dass Metallgries mit Graphit, Asbest und einem neutralen Schmiermittel innig gemischt und das Gemisch in bestimmte Form gebracht wird, ist bekannt. 



   Die Herstellung des Metallzusatzes geschieht nach der Erfindung in einem gemeinsamen Arbeitgange derart, dass in einem Turm in geeigneter Höhe eine Platte angebracht wird, auf welche das durch ein Sieb gegossene geschmolzene Metall auffällt. Die Platte ist in solcher Höhe angebracht, dass man
