Knetmaschine.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Knetmaschine mit zwei auf einem Kegelmantel sich bewegenden Knethebeln und Antrieb derselben durch ein Zahnräderpaar und sie zeichnet sich gegenüber bekannten Gabelzapfenlagern für die Knethebel durch eine das Zusammenstecken derselben erleichternde Knethebellagerung vorteilhaft aus. Die Lagerung gemäss der Erfindung ist nämlich derart ausgebildet, dass die Drehzapfen von Gabellagern der Knethebel gleichachsig in einer wagrechten Lagerhülse liegen und durch einen durch sie in Längsrichtung hindurchgeführten gemeinsamen Bolzen verspannt sind. Dadurch können die Knethebel im gemeinsamen Lager leicht zusammengesteckt und rasch befestigt werden.
Die Zeichnung veranschaulicht ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes. Fig. 1 zeigt dasselbe in Seitenansicht, und Fig. 2 in Stirnansicht ; Fig. 3 ist ein Schnitt einer Einzelheit.
Die Antriebsscheibe a treibt mittels des Zahnrades b ein Paar miteinander in Eingriff stehender Zahnräder e, von denen das eine mit dem Zahnrad b kämmt. Die Zahnräder c bewegen die Knethebel d, die zu beiden Seiten des Gestellständers e gelagert sind. Die Lagerung der Knethebel ist in Fig. 3 im einzelnen veranschaulicht.
Danach sind die Knethebel d in den Gabellagern f um die Zapfen schwingbar, während diese Gabellager t ihrerseits mittels Drehzapfen in einer wagrechten Lagerhülse h des Gestellständers e drehbar gelagert sind. Die Gabellager f sind einfach von beiden Seiten her in die Lagerhülse h eingesteckt und darin durch einen gemeinsamen Schraubenbolzen i verspannt. Diese Einrichtung gestattet eine leichte und gedrängte Anbringung der Knethebel d.
Die arbeitenden Arme der Knethebel d haben zweckmässig eine ungleiche Länge, so dass sie am Arbeitsende verschiedene und verschieden gelegene Arbeitsbahnen beschreiben.

The invention relates to a kneading machine with two kneading levers moving on a cone shell and driving the same by a pair of gears and it is advantageously distinguished from known fork pin bearings for the kneading levers by a kneading lever mounting which facilitates the assembly of the same. The bearing according to the invention is designed in such a way that the pivot pins of fork bearings of the kneading levers lie coaxially in a horizontal bearing sleeve and are braced by a common bolt passed through them in the longitudinal direction. As a result, the kneading levers can be easily plugged together in the common warehouse and quickly attached.
The drawing illustrates an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. Fig. 1 shows the same in side view, and Fig. 2 in front view; Figure 3 is a section of a detail.
The drive pulley a drives a pair of intermeshing gears e by means of the gear wheel b, one of which meshes with the gear wheel b. The gears c move the kneading levers d, which are mounted on both sides of the frame stand e. The mounting of the kneading levers is illustrated in detail in FIG.
Thereafter, the kneading levers d in the fork bearings f can swing around the pins, while these fork bearings t are in turn rotatably mounted by means of pivot pins in a horizontal bearing sleeve h of the frame stand e. The fork bearings f are simply inserted into the bearing sleeve h from both sides and braced therein by a common screw bolt i. This device allows an easy and compact attachment of the kneading lever d.
The working arms of the kneading levers d expediently have an unequal length, so that at the end of their work they describe different and differently located working paths.
