Description

Shaped stone for walls, ceilings, etc. like

The subject of the invention is a shaped stone for walls, ceilings etc., which differs from the known shaped stones by a special design of the bearing surfaces.

The drawing illustrates an embodiment of the shaped stone, u. 1-3 shows a front view, side view and view of the molded stone from above, FIG. 4 shows a perspective view of the molded stone, FIG. 5 shows a ceiling and FIG. 6 shows a wall construction made from molded stones according to the invention.

The shaped bricks can be made from various building materials and can be made hollow or solid. The shaped stones have domed bulges and corresponding cavities on the bearing surfaces in a manner known per se; According to the invention, the bulges a and the cavities b are formed by two undulating surfaces that intersect at right angles. The elevations of the bearing surface of the molded block formed in this way fit into the depressions in the bearing surface of the adjacent molded block and the molded blocks are consequently well interlocked with one another.

In addition, this configuration of the surfaces delimiting the bearings results in an enlargement of the total connecting surface by almost half of the surface area corresponding to a flat bearing surface, whereby the strength in the joint is significantly increased.

Three types of shaped bricks are used to make it easy to produce different wall thicknesses and shapes: whole, half and quarter bricks. The shaped stones are provided with fillets z serving for the insertion of iron bars p (FIG. 5), as well as with slots r intended to accommodate iron bars t, which run in a perpendicular direction. 5 shows the partial view of a ceiling reinforced in both directions from the perspective. When iron bars are used in both directions, the bars are tied together at the crossing points by means of wires d. The wall made of shaped stones according to the invention according to FIG. 6 and the ceiling according to FIG.

   Height of the construction.

Such building structures can also be loaded very quickly after completion.
